William A. O'Keefe, of CPR is an accomplished top executive with over twenty years in the Employee Benefit/Health Care arenas. His background encompasses a broad spectrum of managerial expertise, including corporate level operations for a nationwide IPA Model HMO, and Senior Director for a multi-office third party administrator, managing the benefits for 120,000+ persons.
In 1991, Mr. O'Keefe joined a Houston based Third Party Administrator as Chief Operating Officer and assumed daily operating responsibilities for all MIS functions, claims processing, customer service, enrollment, billing and quality standards, in addition to providing support and technical consultation to the Sales and Marketing Departments. With the changes in the TPA market in the Houston area, in early 1996, Mr. O'Keefe decided to focus his full attention on developing a premier Third Party Administrator, Cornerstone Preferred Resources (CPR).
Mr. O'Keefe is active in the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA), National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), Worldwide Employee Benefits Network and participates as Vice Chairman of the Houston Well City Initiative and Sterling Bank Community Business Development Board.
Ms. Ratcliff began her career at CPR as a Customer Service Representative and has steadily progressed to her current position as Claims Manager. She has day-to-day responsibility for supervising and assisting Claims Examiners and numerous related activities. Additional functions of her position include interaction with stop-loss entities, claims audits, claims Appeal & Review, and statistical analysis/reporting.
